Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms, including product listing, pricing adjustments, and campaign planning.

2. Assist in developing platform strategies to boost sales and conversion rates through effective marketing initiatives.

3. Analyze operational data, identify issues, and propose optimization solutions.

4. Coordinate with brands, suppliers, and logistics partners for seamless execution.

5. Master platform algorithms and understand SEA consumer behavior, shopping habits, and marketing trends.

6. Execute other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above; fluent English; 2+ years of Lazada/Shopee SEA operations experience (3C electronics/small appliances preferred; 0-to-1 brand launch experience a plus).

2. Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication.

3. Self-driven, resilient, and willing to take challenges.

4. Fast learner with adaptability to master product knowledge.
