Job Responsibilities

1. Lead lithium battery BMS protection board/Pack hardware design, including schematic/PCB design and quality control.

2. Define BMS performance parameters, build simulation environments, and drive R&D of next-gen BMS solutions.

3. Conduct BMS validation testing (EMC/ESD compliance).

4. Prepare technical documentation (specs, test reports).

5. Execute circuit design, component selection, PCB layout, and DFMEA analysis per ISO 26262.

6. Collaborate with software teams for system optimization; track industry tech trends.

7. Develop FMEA/FTA processes and support PCBA mass production.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years in Li-ion BMS design with deep cell chemistry knowledge.

2. Experience with pouch/cylindrical/prismatic cell Packs preferred.

3. Background in power tools/e-bikes/3C/ESS/AGV battery systems a plus.

4. Proficient in Altium/Cadence; familiar with CE/UL/IEC 62133 standards.

5. Expertise in thermal/current-carrying design for battery Packs.

6. Strong analytical and independent development skills.
