Job Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute comprehensive domestic e-commerce strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Oversee daily operations of brand flagship stores (JD.com, Tmall, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), driving sales growth and brand influence through product strategy, campaign planning, and marketing initiatives.

Monitor platform KPIs, analyze operational metrics, and optimize resource allocation to enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency.

Conduct market/competitor analysis to refine strategies and implement countermeasures.
-
Lead key marketing projects, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration and effective execution.

Build and manage the e-commerce team, establishing training, performance evaluation, and incentive systems to enhance capabilities.

Complete other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in e-commerce platform (Tmall/JD/Douyin/Xiaohongshu) operations, including 3+ years in management. Experience in 3C electronics/energy storage or brand stores preferred.

Expertise in platform operations, marketing tools, and omni-channel promotion models.

Strong market acumen, adaptability, and data analysis skills to deliver actionable insights rapidly.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and stress management skills with self-driven motivation.
