job responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily store operations such as product listing, pricing, and order processing on Tiktok shop, planning and executing promotional activities, and providing operational strategies for store data analysis.
2. Responsible for content planning and script writing for Tiktok video accounts, video editing and publishing, and producing information flow sales videos;
3. Timely follow up on platform policies and regional policies, optimize listings for hot selling products or competitors;
4. Screen and connect with experts from the Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, and regularly review influencer and sales data.
5. Develop store marketing strategies, responsible for promotion plans and execution, and improve store exposure and conversion rates;
6. Responsible for tracking and optimizing marketing effectiveness, regularly reporting promotion results, and providing optimization suggestions for the store;
7. Understand competitors’ marketing strategies, regularly compare and analyze, maintain advantages and improve;
8. Responsible for store data analysis, regularly analyzing TikTok account data such as views, likes, comments, and fan growth trends, adjusting operational strategies based on data feedback, and improving various data indicators of the account.
9. Regularly write operational reports and propose optimization solutions

Knowledge and Skills
1. College degree or above, English proficiency level 4 or above, media, marketing or related majors are preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in TikTok store operation, with a preference for those with 0-1 experience in TK stores, familiar with the algorithm rules and operation mechanism of the TikTok platform.
3. Proficient in the expert alliance section, familiar with European and American social platforms, and knowledgeable about the habits of European and American users.
4. Have good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Capable of independently managing the overall operation of TK store and video accounts, and producing high-quality short videos; Proficient in content creativity or with experience and materials in creating explosive product content is preferred;
6. Proficient in operating various systems and software used in the cross-border e-commerce industry.
